Very professional, honest, and reasonable. Have brought my MINI in a couple of times and they always treated me right. Won't take it anywhere else.

I would recommend Doug to anyone. He is more than fair with pricing and he knows his trade. He is an honest mechanic and I'm glad I took my 330i to him. Don't hesitate to call, you'll be glad you did! Update: Didn't have a chance to review after my most recent visit. Doug is not the owner anymore. I would not recommend as I was overcharged by new manager. A few days after the visit, I had an issue stemming from the "so called" repair. Won't bring it back as I would be afraid of having further issues.

After a late afternoon alternator failure on my 2005 BMW 545i far away from my home in North Miami Beach, I was fortunate to find Prestige Auto service on a Google search... their reviews were very good and one of their locations was just a few miles from my dissable car. I called Armando and he was so professional from the moment he answer my call... he arranged a flatbed tow truck with the nicest driver I have ever had the pleasure to deal with; he arrived and took my car in less than 45 minutes for the time I called prestige. (my “own road side assistance”service had told me thy it would take at least 2 -3 hrs to get to my car) Once Armando received and diagnosed the problem he sent me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs follewed by a phone call explaining every detail. Once I said yes the car was ready within 24hrs The best service outside the BMW dealership for almost 1/2 the price and in much less time. So happy that I have gone back twice alread for othe minor maintenance issues that came up on their original diagnosis. Im happy to drive over 20 miles to his shop since I know the work gets done fast and efficiently with a 2 year or 24,000 mls warranty Simply the best BMW service place I ever know

Four stars for the delay. Two weeks for the repair of convertible roof in Mercedes SLK 280. Otherwise price was fair and manager courteous and professional. The roof is sliding again!!!

Great Service all my needs were not only meet but exceeded I was concerned that my repairs would be very expensive I had never had a problem with my mini cooper man I tell you door to door tow service I was informed in a very fast and promote time of what's wrong with my car and i was given an estimate the coolest part about that i was emailed i saw the complete break down of my repairs and with one click and my signature i was done once my car was inform and updated man this is awesome services keep up the great work

Everyone else was closed on a Saturday except for these guys. Not only were they open, they took care of me and fixed my problem the same day. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for future service and highly recommend it for anyone else.

Took my Audi A4 when it would not start. Armando was great from arranging the tow to giving me options for the starter. They have a nice clean shop and they know what they are doing. Really easy to deal with. Thank you again.

Most BMW owners are maticulous individuals with high standards and this shop really delivers for people like us. The staff is fantastic especially the shop manager (Armondo) as well as the highly trained mechanics. Prices are reasonable, quality of work and attention to details are exceptional. I also really appreciated the owner (Eric) sense of quality control as he check with me on numerous occasions at the end of my repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. Again this is a Great repair shop and I’d highly recommend it!!!!
