As a long time customer of PAS European, I had the pleasure of meeting the new staff today when I scheduled a routine oil change. They are continuing the tradition of great service combined with honest suggestions regarding any additional maintenance. In addition, it was convenient to have everything documented by email before work began. I will miss Doug and Jeff, but these guys do not disappoint!

Armando and the Prestige European Auto Service team were very professional and courteous. I have an older model Mercedes that needed substantial cooling systems repairs. With the engine disassembled they discovered an additional issue which was also repaired to prevent another future problem. While the repair did take a couple of days, the reality is that I saved over a thousand dollars from repairs at the dealership. I have driven the vehicle for a few days now and everything is working great. Thank you for your service.

Went to PRESTIGE today because of a flyer I got in the mail. Just in time too!! My previous shop of 3 years has been beyond disappointing over the last few months.. :( Armando took great care of my 750 today. Super nice guy. Clean shop, friendly service and very fair priced. Outstanding work, excellent customer service from both owner Eric and Segvice Manager Armando. I received a written quote for brakes on my Mercedes 30 minutes after dropping my car off on a Saturday without an appointment. The work was quality and the price extremely competitive. I’ll definitely return next time my car needs service.

After receiving a quote for repair work from BMW’s service center on my car, I decided to seek a second opinion from Prestige European, as I had received their flyer in the mail. Although hesitant at first, since I’ve always only serviced my vehicle at the dealership, I’m so glad that I did. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I called late Friday afternoon, and I was promptly set up with an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am. Everyone was extremely helpful and up front with me. It turns out that I didn’t need all the repairs I was quoted at BMW. My car was ready by 11:00 am the same day, and it cost much less than I had anticipated. I will definitely be bringing my car there from now on, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had put a good review before because they did good, precise, detail oriented emergency work without knowing me and at short notice. Their hourly rate is too high ($150/hr).This is some kind of scam because then, when you complain, they offer you Uber rides. Also, there is only ever one mechanic working with one running the shop--so why is the cost so high? As a woman, it's very typical Florida immature, disrespectful, insulting, rude treatment with them insulting you, implying things, and calling you names without caring if you can hear them. When I was there before I heard the manager mouthing off about me after he had left me in the office and not resolved or attempted to resolve the very serious situation of a chronically dead battery. On a 34 year old car, it doesn't really make sense to spend $600+ on every repair. I have been trying to resolve a problem with the battery and alternator in an older Diesel Mercedes for several weeks now. The manager had the nerve to throw out some ridiculous amount of $550 for the alternator (so typical of FL, instead of being reasonable and fair they try to figure out if you're Jewish or not and start fights with you) all because he gave me a break of installing a power steering belt for $80 (20 minute job). It's really sad and unprofessional. When I went by today to bring my brand new alternator (Bosch $221) and battery (Interstate $172) another guy said to some other customer, "She's ugly. " who I guess was inquiring about me. How would you feel if you had just driven from Palm Beach County in a 1984 Diesel Mercedes with no A/C? Just rude, insecure, and chauvinistic. It's not okay or acceptable to take your insecurity out on me. I'm supposed to be a model, by the way.
